                      Student Community Service Opportunity

                      Picture
We will need help this Spring in May, and possibly March/April - preparing our community garden for planting.  This could involve shoveling, moving rocks, raking, spreading fertilizer, or planting seeds indoors.  You will probably be working outside.  It could be hot and you could get dirty!  But you'll probably enjoy working with the land, it's relaxing and fulfilling.  You must be in reasonably good physical shape although you will not be asked to do anything which is too strenuous for you.

The dates are not yet determined but will be on the weekends.  Each shift covers 2 hours.  You can sign up for just one shift or for multiple shifts, it's up to you.

You must bring your own work gloves.

To be considered for this community service opportunity, you must complete the interest form below.  By completing this form, you are not committed to the hours.  However, only those who complete the interest form will be able to sign up for hours later.  Questions:  call 720-479-8049

I am interested in community service at Sustainable Technology Institute's garden.
By completing this form, I will become eligible for hours.  I understand that I'll be contacted later with options for specific shift times and at that time, I can choose not to participate.
